These Terms of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Champagne Terroirs etc to non-professional buyers (the CUSTOMERS), desiring to purchase the products proposed for sale on its website http://www.champagneterroirsetc.com. These Terms of Sale are available on this website at any time.
This implies that the fact that a CUSTOMER confirms its order on the Internet site, http://www.champagneterroirsetc.com is the full acceptance of these Terms of Sale in their entirety.
Unless there is evidence to the contrary, the data recorded by Champagne Terroirs etc constitute proof of all the transactions. The products presented at http://www.champagneterroirsetc.com are available for sale in the following territories: France and Corsica.
Offers of products are subject to available stocks. Product availability information is provided directly online at the time of placing the order.

The prices indicated are all tax inclusive. The shipping costs are determined according to the desired quantities, these costs are given all tax inclusive, and are valid for a shipment delivered to one and the same address, in metropolitan France and Corsica.

Champagne Terroirs etc undertakes to accept orders made by Internet in the terms of these General Terms of Sale and within the limit of the available stocks. In the event of a stock failure, we will provide you with the necessary supply times to obtain the desired product or we will provide you with a replacement product. Also the Spring Champagne Off evening with a limited number of places, when they will all be sold, we will make it known on the site and the sale will be completed for the year.
By validating the order, the customer declares that he has read and accepted these General Terms of Sale.
Any order will only be taken into consideration after receipt of payment and will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse all orders, non-compliant or doubtful, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute.
You can place an order only for the container of bottles by mail (a purchase order is available online) or internet. On http://www.champagneterroirsetc.com the order can be paid by credit card or cheque (exclusively issued in France). Online payment by credit card is secured by Crédit Agricole.
To pay by cheque, print the purchase order and slip it in a postage-paid envelope along with your payment by cheque payable to Champagne Terroirs etc. Your order is sent to you upon receipt of the purchase order and payment.
For the purchase of the evening of Champagne Terroirs etc, it can only take place online. Tickets will also be sold during the evening, but only if seats remain available.
Payments can be made directly on this site by Visa or MasterCard, secured by Crédit Agricole.
The other means of payment for an order are cheques denominated to the order of Champagne Terroirs etc as a member of a management center approved by the tax administration (issued in France), transfers or possibility of remote sales by credit card for the sale of the box. Delivery times for orders may vary from 2 to 20 business days after receipt of payment if we have inventory at the time of order. In non-working days are included Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as well as days when road transport is prohibited. The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the customer. We are committed to making every effort to deliver the products ordered in a timely manner. But our delivery times are indicative. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier (or strikes). Potential delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. If you are absent on the day of delivery, you will find a notice of passage in your mailbox, you will then simply have to contact the telephone number indicated on it for the carrier (except for the shipment by the Post Office) represents the day fixed by agreement between you within 7 days from the date of the notice of passage. The information stated by the purchaser, when the order is placed, involves the latter: in case of error in the description of the consignee’s contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Additional shipping costs may be charged to the CUSTOMER if the CUSTOMER modifies the delivery details when the latter has already left the premises of Champagne Terroirs etc.

Annual Holidays: All orders placed between August 1st and August 31st will be delivered in the first two weeks of September.
Damaged or missing packages.
If you notice missing packages or broken bottles at the time of delivery, it is imperative that you indicate this on the delivery slip before you sign and return it to the delivery person. Transfer of the property.

Right of withdrawal (right of return).

Limitation of liability of Champagne Terroirs etc and warranty.

The guarantee is also excluded if the CUSTOMER does not prove that he has complied with the following conditions of preservation: in a cellar with a temperature between 10°C and 13°C (average rate over the year of 13 degrees), with a moisture content of between 70 % and 80 %, storage protected from light and foreign odours, bottles lying down).
