Champagne Terroirs etC’s growers are glad to suggest you an outstanding evening in the framework of the Printemps des Champagnes, accessible to everyone.
As 19h30, come and share a gastronomy experience with food-champagne pairings in their theme of the year:
« Champagne Terroirs et…Coquillages et Crustacés » (shellfish and crustacean), in the Piano des Chefs of Chef Eric Geoffroy in Reims (at the bottom of the cathedral).
The whole evening, you could taste their exceptional champagnes with seafood and especially in three poles:
« Shellfish and Citrus fruits », « Crustaceans, creams and cheese » and « Shellfish and spices ». An explosion of flavours that we are forward to sharing with you friendly as usual.
Diner price : 70 euros per person (all inclusive)
