Come and taste some of our best champagnes and some wines from the 2017 harvest at a tasting in April, 15th and 16th in Reims, in Cercle Colbert (4 rue Noël), at the moment of Printemps des Champagnes. A tasting with an association of cheese, our theme for the year. Tutorials will be organized by Frédéric Pagneux throughout these two days.

We met again this year with journalists / bloggers... to share our passion while having a nice time. The day began with a visit to the Champagne Piot-Sevillano cellar. Then we went to the Champagne Leconte domain in Troissy, to finally have lunch in the middle of the vines with a magnificent view of the vineyard. The different dishes were cooked by Baptiste Denieul, young star chef located in the Morbihan, where each meal was associated with two champagnes.
The 10 members of the association Champagne, Terroir etC... are being present at Vinexpo Bordeaux show at stand CD339 in hall 1 from Sunday 18 to Wednesday 21st June 2017. You can discover and taste our different champagnes.

This year, 7 members of Champagne, Terroirs etC took off and participated at Prowine Shanghai from 7 to 9 November 2016 : Champagne Xavier Leconte, Champagne Poissinet, Champagne François Secondé, Champagne Gaidoz-Forget, Champagne Piot-Sevillano, Champagne Colin and Champagne Apollonis. A new strong, intense and rich collective experience. It was promising about professional contacts. They can confirm interest of Chinese buyers for caracter champagnes.
Last July, we organised a picnic in the vines with journalists in order to exchange and transmit our philosophy.
This day was much appreciated, we started with a visit to Champagne François Secondé in Sillery, who introduced us to his place of production. For lunch, we went to the "Clos des Bergeronneau" located in the village of Villedommange. Every dish were associated with a Champagne, to discover a cuvee of each winemarkers present at this event. The end of this day was concluded by a visit to the Champagne F.Bergeronneau-Marion cellar.
We wish repeat this experience to know more about the 8 remaining domains.

A NEW GROUP OF WINEGROWERS IN CHAMPAGNE
The group Champagne Terroirs, EtC… made official Friday, November 27th of 2015, its creation in the famous restaurant L'Assiette Champenoise in Reims, whose the Chef is Arnaud Lallement. He has accepted to be our godfather. Who is better than him, a reference so talented and expert of champagnes to support the birth of this group composed of 10 independent winegrowers joined to make known their traditional methods, their philosophy, theirs houses and especially their typical and high quality champagnes.
Five members of the group went to Proline show in Shanghai (China) in November 11th, 12th and 13th of 2015 to make known their champagnes, their work of independent winegrowers and their philosophy. They realized the impact of their group with the Chinese professionals among whom some tasted for the first time atypical champagnes.
The complicity of the 5 winegrower houses (Apollonis, Gaidoz-Forget, Piot-Sévillano, Régis Poissinet and Xavier Leconte) strengthened their visibility with the visitors. These told them their pleasure to discover an offer of vast and complementary champagnes, every winegrower developing champagnes with his/her own real signature. They also appreciated to have been offered consolidated solutions of transport if they chose champagnes of several present winegrowers and even a collective answer for significant volumes.
With a wealth of experience, Champagne, Terroirs etC. already thinks of its next collective participations: Prowein show in Düsseldorf in March, the Printemps des Champagnes in Reims in April, and they have already resigned to return in Shanghai.
