Independent winegrower, Christine et Vincent do their utmost to make their champagnes with passion and creativity in line with the traditions of their ancestors
and modern vinification techniques.
All their vineyards are situated on the very sunny hillsides of Vincelles, charming Champagne village. The vines are mostly Pinot Meunier and are planted on
mainly clay-and-limestone soils, a terroir that gives their champagnes fullness, elegance and smoothness. To protect the biodiversity of their terroir,
the have adopted sustainable vine-growing techniques (sexual confusion, organic fertilisers and vine-shoot crushing) and obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE).
